With real help from real people, our in-house Roadside Assistance service operates 24/7 and keeps you moving. By working with you to assess the situation before activating the most appropriate service, we can activate the most appropriate assistance program to suit your needs.
Accidents are an unfortunate occurance for all involved, no matter who is responsible. To assist you when you do have an accident, FleetPlus provided you with an Accident Card in your Driver Pack but if you can't locate it you can view it
or speak with our experience operators to guide you through the below steps:
IMPORTANT Do not sign the authority to tow form unless it has the same address as advised to you by our telephone operators. If you have any problems, simply call us again.
